By clicking "I agree", I hereby:
- acknowledge that the contents and works of authorship contained in the Genting Berhad 2023 AGM webcast ("Webcast"), including but not limited to all design, text, sound recordings, and images, are (except as otherwise expressly stated) owned by Genting Berhad and/or its subsidiaries (collectively, "Genting Group");
- confirm my agreement not to -
- archive, reproduce, download, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, alter, modify, create derivative works from, or improperly use any content or information contained in or obtained from or through the Webcast;
- circumvent, disable, tamper, restrict or otherwise interfere with any part of the Webcast (or attempt to do any of these things), including but not limited to security-related features or features that (a) prevent or restrict the copying or other use of the contents, or (b) limit the use of the Webcast and its contents; and/or
- view, listen or use the contents of the Webcast other than for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example, I shall not publicly screen any videos from the Webcast); and/or
- use any content or information contained in the Webcast for any unauthorised, unlawful or illegal purposes or in breach of any applicable laws;
- agree that the Genting Group companies and their respective directors, employees, personnel and agents are not responsible for any claims, damages, losses, expenses in connection with my access, viewing and use of the information contained in the Webcast (this would include, without limitation, any corruption of data caused by any viruses or malicious code transmitted to or through the Webcast); and
- expressly consent to the collecting, disclosing, storing, processing and use of my personal data for tracking and monitoring purposes, and I agree for my personal data to be shared among the Genting Group companies for such purposes.
I further agree that Genting Berhad may, without notice, terminate or restrict my viewing of the Webcast if I violate any of these Terms and Conditions and I agree to indemnify Genting Berhad from and against any and all claims, liability, damages and expenses arising from my breach of these Terms and Conditions.
